Exporting User Guide to pdf fails

Hi! I am completely new to Ancestris. I found the User Guide in the form of web pages, but a linear document is more to my liking. On the right hand side, under Actions, there is an Export to pdf function. This works for small chunks of the User Guide, such as Discover Ancestris. But the largest chunk, i.e. Master Menus and Windows (71 pages), fails to export. If I click that, I get a blank screen for 15 to 30 seconds, and then "An unknown error occurred". I've tried this several times, both for English and for Dutch (my native language), but the error occurs every time. I've also tried to export the complete user guide to pdf, which is obviously even more pages... same error.
How to obtain the User Guide as pdf? Preferably both English and Dutch.

There is a limit in the pdf production.
We don't have enough money to have a very big server allowing to create such pdf.

Just download several pages on your computer in small chunk and use a pdf tool to merge them.

I created a single pdf file from the full (html) user guide (English) and am willing to make it available, if anyone is interested.
