I'm having trouble transferring my media files on my FTM 2014.1 from my desktop computer to the new laptop I just bought. I have all my census records, photographs, obits, etc. in .jpg format, but they are not downloading into my new laptop. I can't believe that MacKiev would sell a program that doesn't allow everything on my FTM to be loaded onto a thumbdrive, and easily transferred to another computer. If I were the CEO of a geneology software company, I would tell a prospective software writer, I want a software program that transfers everything without hassle, and if you can do this, we'll shake hands and you've got a job. If you can't do this, then turn around, and walk out the door, because you're just wasting my time. Seriously, is there a way getting around the flaws in MacKiev's FTM software?
