Compare Genealogies question

I have two files open and selected Compare Genealogies from the Tools menu.  When I select the Compare box in either file I get a popup that says: "...is missing complementary information for all places... Would you like to get this information from the Internet now?" Selecting Yes does not seem to do anything as it asks me the same thing if I try to check the box again.  Appreciate any help.  Thank you.

This message indicates that Ancestris tries to update you map data from Internet.
So, there is not much visible but if you look at the list of place, you should see more places geolocalized.
