Report Langauage

Hi,

does anyone have the same issue, that all reports come out in French? And has any idea how to fix this.
I already tried:

- In Options > Preferences > Appearance
    - set interface language to english
    - set reports language to english

- reading the ancestries documentation
- google search
- searching this forum
- trying to find the report template in to manually edit it.

Try to set the reports part to "GUI interface" instead of the language.

Which report do you try to create ?

Having the reports language set to “GUI” was the default setting. Still, I just tried, but it's still in French. I am having this issue across multiple machines as well.
The report I am trying to run is: “Personalised information Sheets of Individuals/Familie”. But I tried to run other reports as well. All of them come out in French.

By the way, I am running Ancestris version:  11.0.10897 on Windows 10. Is that the latest version? I seem to be to blind to find a version history on the download page.

UPDATE:

So I tried to run the reports in Ancestris 12.0.11922 and the reports are still in French.

Could it be that this is a setting somewhere in the .ged file.

I already tried adjusting the language in File > Modify genealogy properties but that didn't help either.

So you use GEDART report.
Theses reports are special because they are fully customizable  by the user.
You can change all the template file to adapt to your needs.
The texts displayed are in French in the template code.
Sorry for that, we should have provided other languages.

The template should be in : <User Directory>/ancestris/gedart (contrib-templates directory for the default ones)
