Wrong encoding in Lineage report PDF
« on: February 05, 2021, 11:02:38 »
Hi, although I use UTF-8 encoding in Ancestris, in Lineage report generating PDF files, there is # instead of letters with diacritics, e.g.: č, ř...

Descendants of Jäger, Ernst
1-1 Jäger, Ernst (I34) °9 Srp 1864 Prose# nad Nisou
1-1a Filipová, Kate#ina (I28) °24 Led 1864 Ohave# +1908

Hi Zurga, thank you for quick action, I already like updating Ancestris. Lineage of ancestry by generation is coded properly, but Family descent lineage still not. Martin

OK.
This reports allows you to choose a font family, but the choices are Helvetica and Times and the two of them are unable to display your specifics characters.
I have added Arial as possible choice.

Check tomorrow, and choose Arial to generate your report.
