Adding a new theme

Hi,

I found this http://plugins.netbeans.org/plugin/46003/dark-nimbus-theme by accident!
It's from NetBeans so it should be possible to use with Ancestris.

How can I add a plug-in to Ancestris?

I took a look to the url you gave, but this theme is for Netbeans, not for another application. I asked Daniel about it and I will be back to you if I have a reply. Regards, Francois

Hi,

The plugin you gave doesn't seem to be ported to Netbeans version 8.0 (the version we use for Ancestris 0.9). I have quickly tried it and it installs correctly but I haven't used it extensively. So to use it:

• download the plugin with the 'download' button and save the file on your disk. I have use the netbeans 7.3 version
• then in Ancestris go to Extension configuration and in downloaded tab, click on the 'Add plugin' button to browse your disk and then select your downloaded file
• Install it. You will be prompted to restart Ancestris, proceed
• then in Ancestris preferences, to to Appearance tab and select Nimbus Look and Feel. Then restart Ancestris again

And you'll get it ;-)
