Bonsoir
Une fois sur deux je rencontre un problème pour importervun gedcom viaancestris v11 soit il me dit connexion impossible soit il me dit qu' il n a pas les entrées ancestris et la c est pas les codes utilisateurs alors que ceux ci sont correctement entrés.  Ça fonctionne une fois sur deux cela peut provenir de quoi . Pour changer de version il faut faire une mise à jour ou creer un nouvel ancestris v12.
Y a t il une grande différence entre la v11 et la v12

Lorsque je veux creer un ban de mariage dans évenement cela me creer un nouveau mariage sur la personne concernée. Il en va de même pour le contrat de mariage . Je n ai eu aucun soucis auparavant .

Je rencontre (pas toujours) un probleme lors de l importation de la saisie acte  . Apres avoir saisie un acte de naissance par exemple avec ajout de témoins etc...parfois il n importe pas sous forme de note le résumé de l acte lors de l importation dans mons arbre (effet glisser copier)  .Cela peut provenir de quoi ?  Il arrive parfois aussi que j ai l interdition d importer je quitte Ancestris et la cela fonctionne . Si quelqu un peut me venir en aide .

Je suis tout nouveau et je teste en ce moment votre logiciel . Apres avoir commencer ma généalogie et verifier que je n ai pas d erreur je rencontre ces 3 anomalies j ai beau chercher mais je ne trouve pas
Merci de me faire comprendre ce qui genere ce genre d'anomalie afin que j y remedie
