La cause est assez basique, et c'est celle que je soupçonnais : on recherche non seulement dans le titre affiché (M ou F ou I) mais aussi dans la valeur du champ localisé dans la langue de l'utilisateur (donc Masculin, Féminin, Inconnu).
Il en découle que tous les sexes définis ont un "m", mais seul "Féminin" a un "F"
Vous pouvez reprendre tous vos cas de figure, cela colle.
Si vous voulez les hommes seuls, mettez un "a"
Du coup, je vais voir avec Frédéric, si on change quelque chose ou non. La recherche plein-texte dans les champs affichés fait partie des fondamentaux de cet écran.

Il vous faut créer une nouvelle famille. (En créant une nouvelle union par exemple).
Dans cette famille, la mère et le père seront ceux de l'enfant.
Une famille n'est que la matérialisation d'une cellule familiale (parents et enfants) que l'union soit légitime ou illégitime.

Thank for trying Ancestris. We hope this software will answer yours needs.
The situation that you describe needs 2 things :
- 2 families
- 2 types of relations.
First of all, there is 2 families :
- the one between the two adults
- the one with the mother and the child.
Create a new union for the mother with the biological father (or unknown people if you want).
Now there is two types of relationship :
- The one for the biological son : link the child with his mother on the family with biological father.
- The one for the adopted son : go to Gedcom editor (you can't do that with Cygnus and only the half with Aries), Add the child to the other family, add the Pedigré tag.
Now it's done.
Ancestris will load the current file, if you save your modifications, you will have the modified file.

This feature is available only for Ancestris v11 (daily build).
I try your link with absolutely no trouble to display the file in v11.
