Title: How to Delete a Family branch
Post by: rblechner on December 21, 2020, 03:14:07
It seems (by accident) I have created 2 identical family branches between a husband and wife.  (F00076 and F00059).
A PLUS sign is now visible for the husband that seems to toggle between the 2 families.
How can I remove one of them?  It seems I can only delete the husband.
(Note, I see the replicated children in the Cygnus editor. )

You can delete the individual you want, just display it on the graphical tree (click on the "+" sign) or display it in the editor (Cygnus in your case).
Then click the delete button in Cygnus (on top right corner) or right-click in the graphical tree to display the context menu.

Thanks for the info.  Here's how I solved my problem .. select which family id you wish to keep and delete the other one:
1. Using the "+" select the family id you wish to delete
2. Right-click in the graphical tree to display the context menu, and select Delete

That seemed to solve my problem.
Thanks,
Ron
