If you want to report a bug in that forum, please follow the process described below. It's important for the developers to get the more information you can give, to help them to find out what's wrong.

BUG REPORT - ANCESTRIS

Give us a summary of the bug :

Which Operating System? : Windows, Linux, Mac

Which version of the O.S.? : examples: Windows XP, Linux Ubuntu 10.04, Linux Fedora 10

Which version of Ancestris? : 0.7, 0.8beta, xxxx

What is your Java version? : JDK Sun, JDK from OpenJDK, java 1.7.05, etc.....

What are the windows opened on your Ancestris application? : examples: the Treeview, the Ancestris editor, the Table view

This bug is related to the application itself or a plugin? :

If it's about a plugin, which plugin? :

If you use the beta version, do you update Ancestris each time a new version is available? :

This bug appeared right after an update (you didn't get it before, and right now, you have it) :

Which version of the module is concerned (check the "Help - About" dialog box) : example, Ancestris Core: 0.8.0.3418; for a module, example: Geo: 0.8.0.3438

What is the process that makes the bug to appear (the more details  you can give, the better it is) :

Backtrace in the log file : example, in your log file, you can have a line which begins with java.lang.NullPointerException. It's an example of course.

Pour soumettre un bug dans ce forum, il est nécessaire de suivre un cadre pour que les personnes qui développent Ancestris puissent avoir un certain nombre d'informations nécessaires pour cerner le ou les problèmes.
Faites un copier/coller et remplissez les informations nécessaires. Merci. Francois

Quelles fenêtres sont ouvertes ? : exemples: l'arbre, l'éditeur Ancestris, la Table

Le bug concerne l'application elle même ou un plugin :

Si vous utilisez la version beta, vous mettez-vous à jour dès qu'une mise à jour vous est proposée? :

Le bug est il apparu suite à une mise à jour (vous ne l'aviez pas avant et là, il apparait) :

Donnez nous la version du module concerné (vous la trouverez dans le menu "A Propos") : exemple, si il s'agit de Ancestris Core: 0.8.0.3418; si il s'agit d'un module, exemple: Geo: 0.8.0.3438

Manipulation (enchainement des commandes) entrainant le bug :

La trace du bug dans le log : exemple, ça peut commencer par java.lang.NullPointerException

Ecco alcuni link utili per scoprire Ancestris :

• Il sito web stesso : http://www.ancestris.org, dove si trova tutto ciò che si riferisce ad Ancestris . Questo sito è indispensabile.
• Il sito di sviluppo : http://trac.ancestris.org/. Utile per sapere cosa bolle in pentola, come fare per partecipare allo sviluppo, scrivere il proprio plugin....
• La zona di download propriamente detta :
  Scarica. Se siete impazienti di provare  Ancestris e non potete più aspettare ;-)
• Gli archivi della lista di discussione utenti : Mailing List. Eh si su questo forum abbiamo parlato molto prima e continuiamo a farlo, non stupitevi.
• La carta di geolocalizzazione degli utenti (che simpaticamente si sono localizzati, e vi invitiamo a farlo anche voi) : http://www.ancestris.org/ancestris_users/ancestris_localisation_utilisateurs_it.html.

Salve,

lo scopo di questo forum è quello di aiutarvi a scoprire e a utilizzare Ancestris programma di Genealogia.

Ancestris è totalmente gratuito e funziona sotto Windows, Linux, MacOS. E' sviluppato da persone appassionate  di genealogia che padroneggiano il linguaggio Java usato per la programmazione del software.
Ancestris è anche una comunità di utenti che vi possono aiutare. Il principio è che gli utenti aiutano gli utenti. Se avete una domanda, qualcuno ha una risposta e vi può aiutare. Tuttavia prima di postare il vostro messaggio, non esitate a guardare nei messaggi già postati se vi è già una risposta alla vostra domanda. Altrimenti andate nel forum appropriato e postate il vostro problema..

Salve,

siamo lieti di annunciare che la versione v. 0.7 di Ancestris è stata messa in linea il 18 giugno 2012.

Troverete i files da scaricare sul nostro wiki all’indirizzo : http://www.ancestris.org

Un consiglio, procurate di di dinstallare la versione 0.6 prima di installare la versione 0.7. Non dimenticate, prima di tutto, di esportare le vostre preferenze per ricaricarle con un import al momento dell’installazione. Si dovranno scaricare di nuovo tutti i plugins per renderli compatibili con la versione 0.7.

Siamo convinti che questa nuova versione vi soddisferà, e già da adesso la vesione 0.8 è in preparazione - François

Voilà quelques liens utiles dans votre découverte d'Ancestris :

• Le site web lui-même : https://www.ancestris.org, où l'on trouve tout ce qui se rapporte à Ancestris. Ce site reste incontournable.
• La zone de téléchargement proprement dite : https://www.ancestris.org/index_fr.html#about. Si vous êtes pressé d'essayer Ancestris et que vous ne pouvez plus attendre ;-)
• Les archives de la liste de discussion utilisateurs : http://www.mail-archive.com/ancestris@ml.arvernes.com/. Et oui, avant ce forum, on a beaucoup parlé, et on continue à le faire, ne vous inquiétez pas.
