Bonjour,
Moi aussi, si je fais evince monfichier.ps, ça ne marche pas. C'est d'ailleurs un pb qu'il faille passer par ps2pdf pour sortir un fichier pdf. Si l'on demande un fichier pdf dans le rapport, il créé en réalité un fichier .ps si j'en crois la taille qu'il fait. Donc il faut faire :
ps2pdf monfichier.ps
et là ça te fais ton fichier pdf, et tu peux le lire avec evince.

a peu prés la même config, je n'ai pas de pb. La conversion par ps2pdf fonctionne bien. Peut être une question de taille de fichier (en nombre d'individus)? Francois

Pas d'idée. A une époque c'est vrai que la représentation était celle de l'ordre de la prise de saisie, mais aujourd'hui je crois que c'est résolu depuis longtemps. Si par contre vous n'avez pas de date de naissance pour un des enfants, celui ci sera affiché en premier dans la représentation de l'arbre. Aucune idée si ça ne marche pas comme prévu chez vous. La vue chronologique ou la vue de l'arbre? Si c'est la vue de l'arbre je pense qu'une recherche sur le forum devrait vous donner des pistes. Cette question me semble avoir été posée plusieurs fois. Jetez un coup d'oeil sur le rapport graphique étendu de l'arbre. Francois

Du kan gøre det. Åbn stedliste, og højreklik derefter på linjen på det sted, du vil kopiere over en anden. "Kopier dette sted, så det senere kan indsættes et andet sted". Klik derefter på linjen på det sted, du vil udskifte. Højreklik igen på linjen, og vælg "Erstat dette sted med det tidligere kopierede". På den måde vil du erstatte det andet sted med indeholdelsen af det første sted. Du vil se, at antallet af pladser er steget. På skærmen har jeg et sted, der er mærket "Bellepierre Saint-Denis". You can do it. Open the List of Places, then right click  on the line of the place you want to copy over another one "Copy this place for later paste to another location", then click on the line of the place you want to replace. Right click again on the line, and choose "Replace this place with those previously copied". That way you will have replace the second place with the contain of the first place. You will see that the number of places have increased. On the screen capture, I have one place labelled "Bellepierre Saint-Denis". I copy it over the one labelled "Bordères" which have only one occurance. If I confirm my process, I will have two places then, labelled Bellepierre Saint-Denis".

Hi,
If you downloaded the file Ancestris_Bundles.zip, (the bundles package), of course you have to know where you placed it (maybe in your download directory). If so, don't forget to change the second line I spoke before to match the path where the program can find the bundles package.  (from Main Menu : File - Download the latest file "Ancestris_Bundles.zip").
So click on "Save as", find where you put your Ancestris_Bundles.zip file, and click on Save.,
The program must know where to find what it has to translate.

Be sure not to change that line :
http://www.dl.ancestris.org/trancestris/bundles/Ancestris_Bundles.zip

You can check easily:
From the main menu : File - Download the latest file "Ancestris_Bundles.zip"
On the first line, you should see :
Downloaded file : http://www.dl.ancestris.org/trancestris/bundles/Ancestris_Bundles.zip. Don't change anything on that line.
On the second line, where you specify, where you want the downloaded file must be placed on your computer, don't change the name "Ancestris_Bundles.zip". Put the path you want, but don't change the name of the bundles package.
When Trancestris is running, hit F1. This will open an internal help.
You shouldn't have problem to download the package. If you put the line "http://www.dl.ancestris.org/trancestris/bundles/Ancestris_Bundles.zip" in your web browser, you will download automagically the bundles package ;-). Sometimes, it happens that the first time someone want to send his/her translation, he/she didn't configure well the SMTP settings. When someone has a problem and he finds the right settings, I try to add that info into the Trancestris internal help.

Hi Mette,
I'm not sure I'm the one good enough on this question, but first, you have to download Netbeans 8.02 (I guess it's 8.01, but when you install it, it is reported as 8.02, I've never understood that) as it is said on the wiki (but I've just seen that the danish wiki is not updated. i will fix that). The error you have is because you are not declared on our system as a developer with full access on the repository. The user name and password are not the same as the ones you use here or on the wiki. Those username and password to access the repository are given by Daniel André, the author of Ancestris.

Second, if you want to do/fix translation, the best tool is Trancestris. Netbeans is the tool for development, so if you want your translation to be integrated to Ancestris using Netbeans, you have to request for a developer access. I'm not sure it's a good thing to have a developer access just for translation, except if  you know exactly what you're doing, because a wrong manipulation on your side can delete the source code of Ancestris on the repository ;-)
But of course if you know java language, and you want to help with the code itself, we will be happy to welcome you on our development team.
If so, the first step is to install Netbeans, then download the source code with an anonymous access, create for example a report, or a plugin, send it to our dev team, and if it's ok, you will have a developer access on the repository to upload your work and make it available to all Ancestris users.

Til spørgsmål 2 og 3 : Prøv Ancestris på engelsk. Hvis der stadig er et problem, kommer det fra den engelske tekstfil. Hvis der ikke er noget problem, kommer det fra den danske oversættelse.

Effectivement, mais j'avais cru comprendre dans votre message que tous les enfants de A et B devaient passer à A et C.
Là par contre ça va être plus compliqué à faire. Je pense que la manip que je donne peut être suivie mais après il faut intervenir sur chaque enfant, pour le supprimer d'un mariage et le rajouter à l'autre mariage. Là encore ce n'est que le tag CHIL qu'il faut supprimer et ensuite relier cet enfant à l'autre mariage.
