L'installeur de Ancestris 11 installe automatiquement un runtime Java s'il n'est pas déjà détecté.
Java n'a pas besoin d'être "installé", il est donc juste présent comme des fichiers déployés sur le disque.
Typiquement cherchez dans C:\Program files\Ancestris\java

Pour passer en version 12, vous avez besoin de télécharger la version et dézipper dans un répertoire.
Ensuite, vous modifiez le fichier ancestris.conf (répertoire "etc" dans les fichiers décompressés d'Ancestris) pour indiquer le chemin de java.
Alternativement, vous pouvez installer Java depuis les sites officiels (Oracle ou Adoptium : https://adoptium.net/ ) et tenter le démarrage direct (parfois Java est détecté, parfois non).
Si ce n'est pas détecté, on revient à la ligne d'avant et on modifie le fichier ancestris.conf.

The system is automatic with all the others files in this directory.
I don't understand how this file couldn't be found and all the others could be found.

Except reinstall, I'm not sure to have a solution.
This class is in the "commons-io-2.11.0.jar" file
This file is located in the "ancestris/module/ext" directory in the Ancestris installation directory.

Ce sera possible demain dans la version 12.
En ajoutant un tag _IGNORE en dessous du tag générant l'anomalie, il sera possible de l'ignorer et de ne pas afficher l'anomalie.

Vous pouvez imprimer autant de générations que vous voulez.
Nous avons des modèles limités (5 ou 10 générations) mais aussi des visualisation illimitées comme "l'Arbre ascendant et descendant multi-générations".
Ce rapport permet de voir tout l'arbre incluant les cousins, oncles et tantes.

Avec Cygnus, faites un clic-droit sur le bouton de conjoint.
Vous aurez un menu vous permettant d'ajouter un conjoint.

Les deux couples seront visibles dans Cygnus, par contre sur l'arbre dynamique vous n'en verrez qu'un seul à la fois (vous pouvez alterner entre les différents conjoints).
Pour tous les voir, vous devrez aller dans les rapports ou la vue graphe.

No trouble here, we have all begun one day.

The most basic selection is the SOSA/D'aboville numbering. ( Menu "Edit => "Generate Sosa Numbers"  https://docs.ancestris.org/books/user-guide/page/generate-sosa-numbers )
Clear all the numbering, number from the individual you want.
Export only individuals with the numbering.
Then repeat

In your case :
- Display one of your grand-parents
- Clear the numbering
- Number SOSA from this grand-parent
- Save as with selecting individual with _SOSA tag
- Repeat for each grand-parent.

Les rapports ne peuvent pas tout rapporter 
Ils ont été réalisés pour des utilisations classiques.

Vous pouvez néanmoins, avec un peu de connaissance informatique (beaucoup diront certains), adapter les rapports Gedart pour vos besoins.

From the graph windows, there is a button to open a previously stored file. (https://docs.ancestris.org/books/user-guide/page/graph#bkmrk-la-barre-d%27outils )

I will check to add a color customization for the labels.
If you zoom enough you should be able to read the labels (see picture)
I will check to modify the size of them.

I assure you that the graph display every individuals entity and every family entity only one time in the graph.
