Pollux:
There are download links for MacOS, Windows, Linux.
Does Ancestris contain platform-specific code, or does Ancestris have to be integrated 'only' platform-specific (startable) after unpacking (* .zip)?
Maybe it could be under Haiku (https://www.haiku-os.org/) ...

Zurga:
Hi,

Ancestris used to have platform specific installers.
We remove those installers, but we keep the links. The new users prefer to have a platform specific download.
The zip is the same for all platform.
The startable launchers are the only platform specific code in this zip.
All the software code is as java jar files.

Pollux:
Hello,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Do I understand correctly that a platform-specific installer is included in the zip, which after unpacking and starting certain directories created and deposited there parts software?

Pollux:
If so:
How does that look in plain language?
- Create a directory abcd
- copy the file xyz there
etc.?

Zurga:
No more installer.

All you have to do is :
Download, unzip, go to "bin" directory, launch the appropriate file relative to your platform.
