Gedcom file can be opened from command line

v0.10 - Gedcom file can be opened from command line either:
* ancestris gedcom.ged
* ancestris -o gedcom.ged
* ancestris --open gedcom.ged

Edit: But only works with full path here like:
ancestris --open /home/user/ancestris-perso/gedcom.ged
or like:
ancestris --open "/home/user/ancestris-perso/name1&name2_gedcom-v5.5.1_utf8_20170717-024309.ged"
